Mozart Would Not Enjoy This

I was one of those people who went through a "Paramore" phase. I was about 15, and I absolutely loved them. It was brilliant to see a female leading a band, and one with so much confidence as well. So as you can imagine, when I found out that Zac and Josh Farro were leaving I was absolutely distraught. And even more so when I read THAT blog post by the brothers [http://joshnfarro.blogspot.co.uk/2010/12/josh-and-zacs-exit-statement.html] which kind of revealed the back story of how the band began, and showed Hayley to be... Well let's just say I was pretty disappointed. So this time round, with just Hayley, Jeremy and Taylor, I'm feeling a little bit disheartened. But I will try not to let my feelings of them as people cloud my judgement of their new stuff.

I don't know about you, but the closing of HMV is the most upsetting high street shop close for me so far. It's where I get all my music from (excluding spotify). I went along to the stores near me to see if they were closing, and sure enough one of them was. The only upside to this was that they had a massive sale on, but I just felt a bit like a vulture circling. I tend to find songs that I like, listen to a couple of others to see if I like them but then don't really do much more research than that. So I decided to use this opportunity and bought albums by bands from whom I liked maybe one or two songs, and I'm gonna go through them all. Watch this space!
